This company was great! They helped us with an emergency furnace repair on the day after Christmas in snowy weather which was a lifesaver. First, Christy was great and even called me to set up my appointment since I was having phone trouble! Dave was our repair tech and he was very nice, respectful, and fixed our problem quickly. He explained everything he was doing which was nice. He was honest and helpful and we are very appreciative. We signed up for the maintenance plan and will be using Poston Brothers from now on.
